    • Exhibition excavation of the mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang, or "terracotta army" is not far from the city of Xian and represents the exposure of more than 8,000 terracotta statues of ancient Chinese warriors. The Terracotta Army was discovered by archaeologists only in 1974, and the period of the construction of this unique monument of history are considered to be 210-209 years BC.

These warriors of baked and unglazed clay were made by order of Emperor Qin Shi Huang and buried with him in his luxurious tomb-mausoleum. The Terracotta Army is designed to protect the afterworld peace and superstitious powerful ruler of China. Immediately after the death of Emperor Shi Huang, were buried alive many servants and hostages.

Each of the terracotta figures of warriors who have settled here, is unique. Among them you will not find two men with the same persons or hairstyles. Nothing like you will not see in any other country in the world.
